client agreement.

1. By signing this document, the undersigned client gives The Simplified Life and its principal, Kat Tischler, and any other individuals providing services through her permission to:

• Enter my home/business at a mutually agreeable time in order to perform the services I have requested.

• To handle and move my belongings as deemed necessary by The Simplified Life in order to perform the services I have requested. I hereby release from liability and hold harmless Kat Tischler, The Simplified Life, and any other individuals providing services through her for any loss or injury associated with such actions.

• To remove belongings from my home/business and discard or donate them after belongings designated for removal have been reviewed by myself or the following individual. I hereby release from liability and hold harmless Kat Tischler, The Simplified Life, and any other individuals providing services through her for any loss or injury associated with such removal. While we don’t normally offer this service, there are specific situations that require it.

2. Kat Tischler and any other individuals providing services through her and The Simplified Life, agree to
keep confidential any and all client information, business or personal, obtained in the process of performing services requested by the client. Kat Tischler, The Simplified Life, and any other individuals providing services through her are not responsible for any confidential information discovered by third parties due to the services requested by the client, including but not limited to information discovered in discarded belongings and donated belongings.

3. Any and all liability asserted against Kat Tischler, The Simplified Life, and any other individuals providing services through her is limited to the value of the services rendered by said company and individuals.

4. The Simplified Life requires a cancellation notice 48 hours prior to your session or your session, and all monies paid for it shall be forfeited. If you or an immediate family member living in the house is ill, the cancellation fee is waived one time. Last-minute cancellations are disruptive to business and unfair to other clients who have been waiting for sessions. Thank you for understanding.

5. Kat Tischler, The Simplified Life, and any other individuals providing services through her will take before and after photos to be used for progress tracking, marketing, and insurance liability. All photos used will protect the client's confidentiality and no names or identifying details will be published with said photos.

6. Kat Tischler, The Simplified Life, and any individuals providing services through her retain the right to cease working with any client whose behavior or environment is deemed dangerous or unlawful.

• All sessions are prepaid. Please purchase your session now. No refunds or exchanges.

• Payment must be received at the time of booking to hold your session. If payment is not received, that session will be made available to other clients.

• All sessions must be used or gifted within one year of purchase.
